Freightonix provides a cloud-based EDI transformation platform that enables:

  • Automated EDI data transformation (X12, EDIFACT, JSON, XML)
  • Bi-directional communication between shippers and carriers
  • Webhook notifications and integrations
  • Custom mapping templates
  • Transaction monitoring and reporting

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Transmit malicious code or malware

5. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for:

7. Fees and Payment

8. Termination

You agree to indemnify and hold Freightonix harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
